Below are photos of my HO layout

I am building an HO scale layout at home. The basic idea came thru my travelling in Southern California starting from 1974 up to 2005. Within these 30 years, my favourite place became Cajon Pass and the Mojave Desert. It should reflect the modern era. I am very strong inspired by the fantastic layout of Pelle K. Soeborg (Denmark): Mountain to Desert. Pelle is really a master model builder, especially the town of Danneville which looks like Mojave, CA.
To realize something like that, we are happy to have Per Laursen of Summit USA, who is producing modern building kits.
So far, I made my first layout plan, Reto Frick made a scale model in 1:10 out of cardboard and in the meantime, the wooden frame work is now finished. I was able to start building this layout in December 2007.
You can see the progress of my layout on 7 diff. pages (see below).

Special thanks to Pitsch Allneider, a good friend of mine, who started 'my own trucking company': Werner Enterprises in HO scale. I decided to add WE on my future layout because my first name is Werner. The first models made by Pitsch are on this display below - take a look ! ! !
